This is one of my favorite ways to eat kale! If you’ve never had kale, this is the place to start. Kale chips are absolutely delicious and super nutritious.
preheat oven to 300 degrees F
Tear washed and dried kale into chip size pieces.
put into a large bowl and sprinkle with 1T olive oil, salt, pepper (other additional spices…nutritional yeast, or cumin, or curry powder, or garlic….)
toss well then turn out onto a large baking sheet, spread out in one layer.
toast in the oven – check after 15 minutes and continue toasting until crisp and delicious!
