This is one of my favorite ways to eat kale! If you’ve never had kale, this is the place to start. Kale chips are absolutely delicious and super nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 1
    bunch kale
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Olive Oil
  • salt, pepper, cumin or curry powder, nutritional yeast, or garlic

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 300 degrees F

  2. Tear washed and dried kale into chip size pieces.

  3. put into a large bowl and sprinkle with 1T olive oil, salt, pepper (other additional spices…nutritional yeast, or cumin, or curry powder, or garlic….)

  4. toss well then turn out onto a large baking sheet, spread out in one layer.

  5. toast in the oven – check after 15 minutes and continue toasting until crisp and delicious!
